Hi I’m Alex! 
I am a strength and conditioning coach with 7+ years of experience working with a range of clients spanning from elite athletes looking to further their careers to first time exercisers just starting their fitness journey. I believe that regardless of your background, everyone deserves to feel good and operate at their peak performance. 
AP Fitness works with individuals to deliver a truly personalized training experience so that they can reach their goals. Through daily check-ins and unlimited video sharing for exercise correction, every client will receive accountability and support to stay on track.
